COVID-19 practices will follow provincial recommendations .  Children arriving with fevers or symptoms will be sent home immediately.  If a child develops symptoms in the home, they will be isolated from the other children, and parents / guardians will be notified and asked to pick them up. If they are young and require direct care, they will be cared for, and the caregiver will wear a mask and eye protection. All surfaces and items a sick child comes into contact with will be disinfected immediately, and if they cannot be easily disinfected, they will be removed from the care environment for a minimum of three days.

Children and caregivers will wash their hands regularly, and children will be encouraged to practice good cough and sneeze etiquette. Hard surfaces, including toys, counters, and furniture, will be cleaned and disinfected regularly using a bleach solution.
